Our Promises
Ichiban Zumi
or First harvest refers to the very first picking of the tea leaves, often considered the highest quality harvest due to the tender, fresh leaves that are plucked early in the season.

Wazuka Farms
refers to the Wazuka region, which is famous for its high-quality tea cultivation in Japan. The Japanese name for Wazuka is"和束"(Wazuka), a small town located in Kyoto Prefecture, known for its centuries-old tea-growing traditions.
Shakō Saibai
Our tea leaves are cultivated under a canopy or shade, rather than being exposed to full sunlight. This technique is commonly used to enhance the flavor, texture, and quality. This method is especially important for ceremonial-grade matcha, as the shade-grown leaves provide a delicate and smooth flavor, enhancing the overall tea-drinking experience. The shading process typically lasts for about 3–4 weeks before harvest, and it plays a key role in the unique taste of the tea.
